The HydroSub 900 pumping unit is the most powerful pumping unit for long-distance water transport. It consists of 2 light portable hydraulically driven submersible pumps equipped with a float, 900 kW diesel engine drive, and 60 m hydraulic hoses for submersible pump drive. The hydraulic drive and hoses allow the pump to access even very difficult water sources. Hydraulic hoses are composed wound on hydraulically driven winding drums. They allow access to the water source 60 m horizontally or 10 to 15 m vertically. The device is also equipped with a hydraulically driven winch for the possibility of re-storage of submersible pumps.
Submersible pumps supply 12 "hoses with water with a capacity of 2x 11,000 l / min to the power booster pump, which increases the transport pressure to 12 bar at the outlet of the device.

The control and monitoring panel is located on the side of the device. This ergonomically designed panel uses IQAN technology for easy control of the control unit. All important operating conditions are measured, evaluated and used to automatically control the operation of the device. The display shows the calculated water flow by the pump. If the measured values are found outside the limits of the permitted minimums and maximums, an alarm message is issued visually and audibly. If the operator does not respond to the message, the device automatically enters a safe mode, where it is still able to operate with high reliability.
The system uses internal component diagnostics so that in the event of a sensor fault, the HS900 remains active and uses the default values for the faulty sensor.
